The Maricosta is a small family-run hotel with 24 one-bedroom apartments and three villas since 1980.

The Maricosta is registered with the Cyprus Tourism Organisation. It is regularly inspected by C.T.O officials.

Maricosta comprises 6 blocks:

* 1st block: 9 Apts (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor)

* 2nd block: 8 Apts (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor)

* 3 small blocks of 2 Apts each (ground floor and 1st floor)

* 1 small block with a first-floor apartment

All apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen and diner, balconies, air conditioning. Guests may also use the reception and TV lounge. Alternatively, guests may relax around the freshwater swimming pool or take a 200-meter stroll to a beautiful sandy bay with its crystal, clear, calm Mediterranean Sea.
